Privacy Policy

The short version

We collect what we need to build your business plan and run your account. We do not sell your information. The business content you enter is sent to an AI model so it can be written up as a plan — that is the core of what the service does, and it is described in full below.

Information we collect

• Account information. Your email address, and if you sign in with Google, the basic profile information Google returns — your name, email address and profile image. We do not receive your Google password, and we do not request access to your Gmail, Drive or contacts.
• Business information you enter. Everything you type into a business profile: the description, offers and prices, customers, operations, financial figures and anything else you provide.
• Documents you upload. Files you add to a business, such as licences, registrations or formation paperwork.
• Payment records. Which unlocks you have purchased and when. Card details are entered directly with our payment processor and never reach our servers.

How your business content is used to generate plans

When you ask us to draft a section of your plan, the relevant business information from your profile is sent to Google’s Gemini API, which returns the written text. This is how the plan gets written; it cannot be switched off while still using the drafting feature. Your content is subject to Google’s API terms while it is being processed. If you would rather certain details never leave your own records, do not enter them into your business profile.

Where your information is stored

Account data, business profiles and uploaded documents are stored with Supabase, our database and file storage provider. Payments are processed by Stripe. Each of these providers holds data on our behalf under their own security and privacy terms.

What we do not do

• We do not sell your personal information or your business information.
• We do not share your business plan content with other users.
• If your access came from an organization’s bulk code, that organization can see that the code was claimed. It cannot read the contents of your business plan.

Your choices

• Export. You can export your plan at any time from within the app.
• Correction. You can edit any business information you have entered.
• Deletion. You can ask us to delete your account and its contents by writing to the address below. We will confirm once it is done. Records we are required to keep for tax or accounting purposes, such as payment records, are retained for as long as the law requires.

Retention

We keep your account and business content for as long as your account exists, so that your plans remain available to you. If you delete your account, the content is removed except where retention is legally required.

Children

The service is intended for business owners and is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect information from them.

Changes

If we change this policy we will update the date at the top of this page. Material changes will be communicated to the email address on your account.
