What this service is

BizPlan AI helps you produce a written business plan and related documents from information you provide about your business. You answer questions, and the service drafts text you can edit and export.

What this service is not

The plans and documents produced here are drafts, not professional advice. They are not financial, legal, tax or accounting advice, and they are not a guarantee of funding, approval or any particular outcome. Content is generated by an AI model and can contain mistakes. Review everything before you rely on it, and take professional advice for decisions that warrant it.

Your account

You are responsible for keeping your sign-in credentials secure and for activity that happens under your account. Provide accurate information when you register, and tell us promptly if you believe your account has been accessed by someone else.

Who owns what

• Your content is yours. The business information you enter and the plan text produced from it belong to you. Export it and use it however you like.
• The service is ours. The application, its design and its underlying software remain our property.
• You grant us permission to process and store your content for the purpose of providing the service to you. Nothing more.

Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Use the service for anything unlawful, or to plan unlawful activity.
• Enter someone else’s confidential information without the right to do so.
• Attempt to break, overload or gain unauthorised access to the service.
• Resell or redistribute access to the service without our written agreement.

Payment

The free tier requires no payment. Unlocking a business is a one-time payment for that business. There is no recurring charge and nothing renews on its own. Payments are handled by Stripe; we do not see or store your card details.

If something goes wrong with a purchase — you were charged twice, or an unlock did not apply — write to us and we will put it right. Beyond that, because unlocked content is delivered immediately, purchases are generally final.

Codes from organizations

If you received a code from a chamber, city program or similar organization, that organization can see that the code was claimed. It cannot read the contents of your business plan.

Availability

We aim to keep the service running and available, but we do not promise it will be uninterrupted or error-free. We may change or discontinue features. Where a change is significant we will give notice to the email address on your account. Export your plan if you want a copy independent of the service.

Ending your use

You may stop using the service and request deletion of your account at any time. We may suspend or end access where these terms are breached, or where required by law. Export your content before you close your account.

Liability

To the extent the law allows, our liability arising from your use of the service is limited to the amount you have paid us in the twelve months before the claim. We are not liable for lost profits, lost funding or other indirect losses. Nothing here limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.

Changes to these terms

If we change these terms we will update the date at the top of this page, and give notice of material changes to the email address on your account.
